Wheels Next
Rims Review
Fraudulant sellers on Ebay
The company was listed as WheelsTiresandMore.com on the Ebay auction page. Not sure if this Wheels Next is the proper company name, but that is what came up on this site when I listed the website.
Almost a year, even with the BBB complaint and still nothing
Wheelsnext.com:Beyond Pissed,poor customer service
Wheels Next Buyer Beware
Well I recieved my order shortly after I wrote this complaint. I recieved the tires and rims but no hardware that was supposed to be included.
I emailed Wheels Next several times. I have had no reply. They seem not concerned. I have tried to contact them on there facebook page.
They remove every complaint and every cry for help on a daily basis. It appears they try harder to erase their poor service rather then solve it.
Do yourself a favor.
Do business with a reputable company. There are many other internet tire companies with the same if not better prices and have favorable reviews.

How is this fraud? Not only did they show you where it states that shipping to Alaska is not free, you being a resident of Alaska should know *** well that nobody is gonna send such a large item for "free"!
Where's the monetary loss of $186 come in? You cancelled the order and "never paid any money". People like you make me sick! Giving bad reviews over ***.
You're just a *** that is bad mouthing this company to exploit them for free shipping. I'm sure the BBB will see that as well.
From your comments, sounds like you're trying to run damage control for the seller.
1) Seller communicated outside of Ebay msg sources so as to hide activity from Ebay.
2) All Shipping info says Free Shipping Continental US (Includes AK). If they only meant lower 48 states, should have listed Contiguous States which refers only to lower 48.
3) Zip Code checker indicator in Shipping Info still showed Free Shipping when I entered my Zip Code.
4) Purchase was successfully completed thru Ebay using the way the page was set up, and the money taken out of my PayPal. I also received next day email with an auto invoice from the seller's company showing the exact same numbers, including Free Shipping. Couldn't get much more completed.
5) The $186 was value of item/service lost. If the seller screwed up their seller's page and allowed the sale to go thru then they should honor the sale. And using msg channels outside of the established Ebay channels proves that they knew they were being fraudulent and trying to hide things.
They are not cheating. It is so expensive to ship larger items that on my Ebay ads if it is any item of size I state that shipping costs are only for lower 48 states. Sorry guys in Alaska but you are to far away to economically ship to>
Not a problem if the seller would have come out and said so. But their Shipping Info was set up for Free Shipping for Continental US, which includes Alaska.
If they didn't want to include AK, then they should have listed Contiguous US which is only the lower 48 states.
They included the zip code checking in their Shipping Info, but nothing changed when I entered my zip code, which is no surprise as it is included in the listing of Continental US. Sale was completed via Ebay channels with ack from Ebay, as well as a auto invoice emailed from the seller's company showing the EXACT same info to include Free Shipping. Sure looks like the entire page was set-up for Free Shipping. If the seller screwed up their page, they should have still honored the sale and fixed it afterwards, or at least try to make me a deal.
But they didn't. AND, with all messaging done outside Ebay msg channels so that Ebay officials, etc.
didn't have access to it, they were obviously trying hide something. And since there are numerous other complaints on this and other sites dealing with the poor quality and customer service, looks like this is something of a habit with the seller.
